  • “Product(s)” refers to any luggage items, such as trolley luggage, carry-on luggage, rolling duffel bags, luggage sets, or luggage tags purchased from LJH WORLDWIDE SOLUTION SDN BHD.

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • You must submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, invoice, or receipt.
  • Items must not have been altered or customized in any way after delivery.

If you believe your item is defective or arrived damaged, please contact us immediately with clear photographic evidence so we can assist you appropriately.

Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  3. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items upon arrival. If you require an exchange for the same product, kindly contact our customer service at ljh_worldwide@outlook.com with your order number and supporting photos of the issue.


4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To begin a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at ljh_worldwide@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and clear photographs (if applicable).
  3. Await our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item back.

Do not return any product without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that changes in orders may occur shortly after placing them. To accommodate this:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • To cancel, send an email to ljh_worldwide@outlook.com with the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION” along with your name and order number.

If your cancellation request is submitted within the 12-hour window and the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.
Once the 12-hour cancellation period has passed, or if the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
